Many South African friends are very familiar with ibr and corrugated roof sheet.Also some neighbour countried,such as Malawi,Swaziland.

IBR is an abbreviation for Inverted Box Rib,that is a trapezoidal design.

With 686mm cover width,the common material width is 920mm. and 925mm.

Corrugated sheet 760 and 925mm material widht.For corrugated sheet most use 0.18mm full hard galvanized coil a lot.To make sheet is with high strength.

If you want a roll forming machine to make 0.18mm full hard material,the normal roll forming machine with 13 groups that is not enough.Cause hard material,when sheet goes out,sheet is easy to open,sizes are bigger

We collect many samples from SA local market ,really so much difference.even some sheets are almost flat.

If you want to make 0.18mm corrugated sheet perfect,two opitions.One is barrer corrugated sheet,the disdvantage is you need to cut sheet sheet in advance,many labor is required.The other one is our corrugated sheet roll forming machine with 24 groups rollers.

The advantage is cost effective,automatic cutting,any length can be done.Shortage is that each corrugated part is not 100% same.But we can guarantee sizes of sheet is accurate.
