How to install roll forming machine?

Many customers are worried about if roll forming machine is diffcult to operate?How do i install roll forming machine after i get machines.

Some complicated machines,such as Eps sandwich panel ling,engineer must goes customer site to install for you.We are only talk about metal Roofing Roll Forming Machine.

Firstly before shipping,all machines will be tested in auto.Customer needs to prepare electrical wiring,local wiring and hydraulic oil only.We mark on electrical wiring.

AB C:local electric wiring

U V W:motor electric wire of main forming machine
U1 V1 W1:motor electric wire of hydraulic pump
N1:Neutral wire
K1:Mangletic valve to control shear down
K2:Mangletic valve to control shear up

You just need to confirm rotation of motor is right?After confirmation you can run the machine directly.
